A “Wyoming Grasslands” photography exhibition touring Wyoming’s museums, libraries and art centers offers a raw and dramatic glimpse of Wyoming?from prairie grasslands and meadows to sagebrush-steppe and foothill grasslands. It is on display at the Library from November 5 to 25. In collaboration with the exhibition, an open house will be held Monday, November 16 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the Crawford Room. Brent Lathrop, Land Steward and Program Director of The Nature Conservancy’s Southeast Wyoming Program, will be on hand to discuss the importance of grasslands to people and wildlife. Refreshments will be provided by the Friends of the Library. Call 577-READ, ext. 2 for more information.
